With baptism and receiving the Holy Spirit, you begin a marathon or ultra-running race that will last a lifetime. The aim of this race is not to beat the other participants, but to keep running in the right direction, at the fastest possible pace, and to overcome all obstacles along the way. These obstacles are: your own wrong desires, the pressure of those around you to join in with them, even if Yahweh does not want to, and the temptations of satan and his demons. Inevitably, you will often stumble in your race and sin. You must then over and over again straighten up, confess your sin to Yahweh, repent and ask Yahweh to give you more of His Spirit, and continue walking in the right direction. As you progress in your race you will overcome more and more sins and weaknesses,
